Terms of service
The deal between you and Cha Ching, written the way we'd want it written to us.
Who you're dealing with
Cha Ching is a web app operated by nanakwandesign, based in England and Wales. Using it means you accept these terms. If you’re using it for a business, you confirm you’re allowed to agree on that business’s behalf.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and don’t share your login. Tell us at hello@chaching.studio if you think someone else has got into your account. You need to be at least 18.
Your data stays yours
Everything you put into Cha Ching — products, orders, customers, your figures — belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only so the app can show it back to you. We don’t claim ownership and we don’t sell it. Details in the privacy policy.
Plans and payment
Free. Free, with limits on how many marketplaces and products you can track.
Pro Plan. £33 per month, billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel whenever you like and it runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Life Access. £333 once. It covers the lifetime of the product, not of the buyer — if Cha Ching ever shuts down, see “If we stop” below.
Prices include VAT where it applies. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before changing the price of a plan you’re on.
Refunds
Not happy in the first 14 days? Email us and we’ll refund you in full, no explanation needed — that applies to both Pro and lifetime purchases. After 14 days, monthly plans can be cancelled any time but we don’t refund part-months.
What we don't promise
Cha Ching is a reporting tool. The numbers it shows depend on what you and the marketplaces feed it, and marketplace APIs go down, change, and occasionally lie. Check anything that matters — tax returns especially — against the marketplace’s own records. We provide the service “as is” and can’t promise it will never be unavailable or never contain an error.
Nothing in Cha Ching is financial, tax or legal advice, including anything the Coach suggests.
Fair use
Don’t use Cha Ching to break the law, don’t try to break into other people’s accounts, don’t hammer the API to the point where it degrades the service for everyone else, and don’t resell access to it. We can suspend an account that does — we’ll tell you why, and you can get your data out.
Liability
If we get something badly wrong, our liability to you is capped at what you’ve paid us in the previous 12 months. We’re not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. None of this limits liability the law says can’t be limited — including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Ending it
Close your account whenever you want, from Settings or by emailing us. We can close an account that seriously breaches these terms. Either way you can export your data first.
If we stop
Small products sometimes end. If Cha Ching shuts down we’ll give at least 90 days’ notice, keep exports working throughout, and refund the unused portion of any annual or lifetime purchase made in the previous 12 months.
The legal bit
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If we change these terms we’ll post the new version here and email you if the change is significant.
